Good Morning Friends!
I have to tell you, my Blaire had no idea that she would be seeing her favorite Christian artists in concert. She is still grinning from ear to ear. (I am writing this before the concert but I know my girl.)
Today is the first day of my week sabbatical. Here is the link to Joy's blog: Pondering in His Presence. Bless her by your visit.
I wanted to share some pictures of the wonderful Father's Day celebration we had at our house last Sunday. I will share a different picture each day. We had my family, (Scott, Wendy, Blaire, and Griffin) my Momma and Daddy, (Bob and Fay) my brother and his family, (Wes, Karen, and Michaela) my nana, (Millie) and my BFF's family. (Rick, Christie, Cameron, Tyler, and Jordan) A great crowd...a great day.
This is me and my Daddy, Bob Barnette. My Daddy is one of the most special people in the world. He has been a permanent fixture in the baby nursery at church for over 50 years. He the best greeter Hickory Grove Baptist church has ever or will ever have. He calls hundreds of people each year on their birthday and sings.

I can just see the arms of our heavenly father wrapped around both of you...how wonder-full is that picture!
Your Daddy looks quite a bit like mine...a handsome man! He sounds like a true servant and an encouraging presence.
The apple does not fall far from the tree! :)
