The dialogues are almost over. I am ready for them to be over, too. It is OK to admit it. These are tough chapters to read. Hang in there. Remember, we are only looking for nugget.
Have an awesome weekend. Thanks again for taking this adventure with me. It is so much more fun to travel with friends.

Glad to have a friend to travel with and be encouraged by. Thanks!
My nugget today was Job 19:25a, "But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives..."
Reminded me of 2 Timothy 1:12, "I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day."
Thankful that I KNOW Him and my life is in His safe keeping,
Joy
Yes, Joy that spiritual revelation that God gave Job was just what he needed at the time! "But as for me I know that my Redeemer lives." Love that nugget, too!
This is so fun to be going on this journey together. I get so much more out of the daily readings by the comments from all of you sweet sisters's!
Everyone have a blessed weekend!

In Job 22:4 Eliphaz accuses Job of being pious and that's why God's judgement is against him. Now we know the whole story; that Satan is tempting him to curse God; but different times in the reading I have kind of thought that Job thinks pretty highly of himself. We know he wasn't sinless, but there are times in his replies he sure sounds like he thinks he is!
Also in Job 25:3 it says, "who is able to count His heavenly army". I wrote "wow" behind that...I felt suddenly safer and even more protected by my great big God!
Have a nice Sunday....

I, too, share Joy's nugget - just leapt off the page!, "I know that my Redeemer lives... I will see Him for myself. Yes, I will see Him with my own eyes. I am overwhelmed at that thought!"
As the song goes... Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart do? Will I dance for You Jesus, or in awe of You be still? Will I stand in Your presence, or to my knees will I bow? Will I sing for You Jesus, will I be able to speak at all? I can only imagine.
I am overwhelmed at that thought,
Susan
