Hi Girls
If you frequent my blog, indulge me with this post. I am writing today to encourage and cheer on the twelve ladies God has blessed me to serve next week at our annual She Speaks conference. Yes, it is called She Speaks but in this post's name I borrowed the name "He Speaks" from a member from Luann Prater's group. She said she is coming to hear Him speak so she renamed the conference He Speaks.
He will speak. He will speak with a roar and He will speak with a whisper. He will speak through a song and He will speak through His Word. He will speak to your heart, soul, and spirit. Expect the unexpected, believe the unbelievable, and prepared to be "utterly amazed" (Hab. 1:5) as His does "a new thing" (Is. 43:19 but you must go get your Bible right now read 18-20) among us.
Wow, I am ready to watch and experience Him! Are you ready? Tell us about yourself. If you aren't coming to She Speaks this year but have in the past feel free to post about it. If you have have encouragment to offer, post. If you love the Lord and what to magnify His great and mighty name, then post. Ok, that means everyone who reads is invited to post!

Lord you have given Wendy a gift to WRITE powerfully about you. You have shown that to me many times in her blog. I pray that Wendy will use that gift to bring you much glory. Thank you for anointing her with this gift. May she walk in the fullness of what you have planned for her life. May your favor be over her family. We ask for you healing hand to touch her husband. I came to your blog from Lysa's today. I love this post. Is. 43:18-20 are perfect verses to read in expectation of the moves of God at She Speaks.
This is my first year attending. Like many, I took a leap of faith in registering and prayed for God to make a way financially for me to attend. He did, blessing me more in growing my faith and trust in Him. I cannot wait to be amazed next weekend.
Thank you for your words of encouragement. I will keep you and the P31 team in my prayers. I look forward to meeting everyone at the conference.
I just want you to know that I am praying for you and your entire team during these days leading up to the conference. I am going to be a first-time attendee - and I am so excited to hear what He has to say to me.

I posted yesterday on my blog (simplyhis.org) about the common thread of fear and doubt accompanying many attendees' blogs. Then today I read on Lysa's blog about all the attacks. I'm praying for you and the team! I know God's going to do awesome things next week and I can't wait to see what goes on. This is my first She Speaks conference. I've dreamed of going many years, but just did it this year.
I hope to meet you next week and I pray you are covered with God's grace and peace this week!
Wendy: Wow...that verse from Isaiah 43:19 "doing a new thing!...it springs up" was one of the verses I felt the Lord put on my heart when I got home from She Speaks last year. I pray that God will be with all the ladies in attendance this year. I pray their hearts will be open and receptive to your Spirit. I pray too for the P31 ladies that are preparing to come and minister. Be with them as well and give them what they need for each moment.

I have been praying for you and for the other team members getting ready for the She Speaks conference next week. Although I do write and I do sometimes speak, I won't be able to attend this meeting. But I look forward to hearing all about it.

Wow, I am the woman in Luann Prater's group who you were talking about. "He Speaks", and boy has He been speaking to me. I am going to ask for forgiveness right now to the women in my speaking group. I am pretty sure I may step on some toes. I only want to SPEAK God's words, not mine own. Heck, if you want that you should watch Oprah!

Yes, I'm coming, and nearly worn out with the process of preparing. Summer is not my season, and my husband is away this week. I've completely forgotten about Father's Day, and the smoke from the NC wildfires is so thick in our area, going to the park is out of the question. So when next week arrives, I'll be ready for my escape.
I'm bringing chocolate also for anyone interested. Definitely brings a little "peace" to my journey.

Hi Wendy. I am so excited about this conference. I know God is doing great and mighty things. This is my very first lady's training conference. I wanted to come last year, but found out a little too late and it was full. This year, I almost didn't come because of financial difficulties, but as I was searching through the She Speaks site, I saw "scholarship". I emailed Samantha and she told me how to raise money. I am so glad God opened the door for me. I'm coming in full of excitement. Thank God for His provision.

Wendy, thank you for obeying is call to be a part of this amazing ministry. I was able to attend last year, and God used this ministry to change the course of my life, trusting and believing in ways I never have before. I know He has BIG plans for this year, may you feel His amazing peace.
