I'm Outa Here

Hi Girls

I realize it seems I have fallen off the face of the world. School started back and well, life is hard right now. We are, with grace and patience, trying to undo some parenting mistakes with our son. I will not share more than that right now but God is faithful and continues to show Himself to me. When the time is right and if the Lord allows I will share more later. Fast forward to tomorrow...I am 'outa here.

My best friend in all this world and I are going on our annual get-away-weekend. We have our bedpants, favorite blanket,pillow, and a stack of sappy movies packed. We plan to eat at our favorite places, sleep late, and have breakfast out of the deck. I will write more about Christie on a later post. Christie and I have been best friends our entire lives. We became friends while in our cradle roll class at Hickory Grove Baptist Church. I can't imagine my life without her.

We have both had a hard few months and need an escape-a retreat, finally!
